Bark Biennial 1

The Biennial Project is proud to announce Bark Biennial 1.

WHAT: a juried online exhibition of art.

WHERE: accepted artwork will be displayed on The Biennial Project website and selected work on our blog and Facebook. A slideshow of all accepted work will also be played during the ART AUCTION FOR FARM ANIMALS to be held on July 14th at Atlantic Works Gallery in East Boston, MA.

WHO: any art created by one or more artists, in which at least one of the collaborating artists (or models, who are of course also collaborators after all) is a non-human animal.

WHEN: submissions due by July 1, 2016.

HOW MUCH: up to 2 entries for $10 and $5/additional entry.

WHY:
1) to celebrate the creative bond between we mere humans and those with whom we share this earth.
2) to support the concurrent ART AUCTION FOR FARM ANIMALS which has a goal of raising at least $10,000 to support the Citizens for Farm Animals Ballot Initiative. (All funds raised from Bark Biennial 1 will go towards defraying the cost of this event so that 100% of the purchase price of the art sold during the auction goes directly to Citizens for Farm Animals.)
